Shipping Policies:

Please note: Due to COVID-19, shipping may be restricted to certain regions, and expect additional days for delivery.

STORE POLICY: We charge shipping for our customers as our prices are uniform globally with a standard INR price.

Our (INR) prices are uniform across the globe, and only (real-time) exchange rate applies for non-INR currencies. We charge shipping for different regions, so that item prices are the same for all customers. Please see the pricing policies for details. 

For orders within INDIA - 

1. We charge a flat shipping fee as follows:
1. For apparel, accessories, jewelry, and some gift items, shipping within India are free on purchases above INR 10,000, irrespective of the number of items bought.
2. For purchases below INR 10,000, the flat shipping charge is INR 100.
3. We offer free shipping from time to time as discounts.
4. For specific collections such as fragile items, delicate gifts, items requiring special handling, heavier items will be charged accordingly, and will be shown on the shopping cart during checkout.
2. Once an order is received, it is processed within 2-3 business days and shipped within 5 to 6 working days. Exceptions are mentioned explicitly in the product details. 
3. We deliver to the address indicated on the orders. In case of any changes, please let us know immediately before shipping. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at gallery.indus@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing the order. Once shipping is initiated, requests can’t be redirected. 

For orders outside INDIA (INTERNATIONAL) -

1. Most of the items are shipped from India. We charge a standard flat shipping charge per order for shipping anywhere outside India. The rate is currently set at INR 2,000, irrespective of the number of items picked. 
2. Time to time we offer free-shipping discounts.
3. We ship via DHL, FedEx (shipping from India), and if feasible USPS (within the United States, and parts of Europe).
4. Once an order is received, it is processed within 2-3 business days and shipped within 7 to 8 working days. Exceptions are mentioned explicitly in the product details. 
5. Any custom charges have to be borne by the customer (E/I licenses is our EIN in the US - 83-­0999325)
6. We deliver to the address indicated on the orders. In case of any changes, please let us know immediately before shipping. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at gallery.indus@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing the order. Once shipping is initiated, requests can’t be redirected.
