Refund policy

Return and Store Credit Policy:

Our return policies are only applicable to damaged-at-arrival merchandise or defective items. 

For orders within India

  1. If the product arrives in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please do not accept the package. Immediately mail us at info@indus.gallery, mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you after confirmation.
  2. In case of the defective item(s) in your order, please provide an uncut video of the defect and raise your return request within 24 hours of receiving the shipment through the link mentioned below: Defective Item Form
  3. You would receive an approval mail from us within 24 hours from the receipt of your request and we will arrange for the return shipment. 
  4. Unfortunately, shipping charges are non-refundable.
  5. You would be notified by us once we receive your shipment in our facility
  6. A store credit would be processed within 4-7 days after the product is received in the original condition. 

For orders outside India (International)

  1. If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by emailing us at info@indus.gallery with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect, preferably with an uncut video. We will either provide you a credit note.
  2. The amount credited to you would be only for the products, not the shipping charges.
  3. If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount. 
  4. We cannot accept return on items that are not defective.

Cancellation Policy:

For orders within India - 

  1. In case there is an order cancellation, please do so as soon as possible, preferably within the 24 hours of placing the order (before it is shipped). Once the items are shipped, the shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cancellation process would be handled differently.

For orders outside India (International) -

    1. PLEASE LET US KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE - In case there is an order cancellation, please do so as soon as possible, preferably within the 24 hours of placing the order (before it is shipped). Once the items are shipped, the shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cancellation process would be handled differently.

Exchange Policy:

  1. We do not exchange items unless the product is defective or damaged. 
  2. All most all of our products are custom made, and may slightly differ from the descriptions, color, texture, dimensions, and other features described on the site.
  3. We take the utmost care to satisfy our customers, and our partners and vendors are dedicated to creating excellent quality products.
  4. Please send us an email with any questions regarding any product prior, during, and after your purchase.

FOR ALL CUSTOMERS - NOTES FOR RETURN AND APPLICABLE EXCHANGES:

  • The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons
  • Sarees with fall & edging and customized products cannot be returned or exchanged 
  • When applicable under specific circumstances Return/Exchange request that is not raised within 48 hours of receiving the product would not be accepted
  • We may charge a restocking fee (usually between 10% to 20%) of the product value set per our vendors.
